My name is Ingeborg Molster. I sense people and people dynamics. I am driven to co-create a purpose-driven, development-oriented and innovative environment.

How would an organization look like that is completely in flow? A place where the energy is directed towards a common purpose and goals, where people can be at their best and the organisational setting and culture just fit. Where reaching goals, customer satisfaction and competency development go hand in hand and where profit is the applause of the customer.

However, Gallup research tells us that only 15% of employees are happy in their work… In dealing with the digital world around us that is changing our ecosystem ever faster, it is key to thrive and keep up with this complex change whilst staying happy and healthy. To do so, companies and people have got to use their full potential.
